Fitness

Fitness at PUSH-as-Rx ®™ is leading the field supporting our youth sports programs. The PUSH-as-Rx ®™ System is a sport-specific athletic program created by a strength-agility coach and physiology doctor with about 40 years of combined experience working with athletes and treating sports injuries, such as low back pain and sciatica. The multidisciplinary fitness program is based on reactive agility, body mechanics, and extreme motion dynamics.

Through persistent and detailed evaluations of athletes, the coach and doctor create a clear image of the human body’s dynamics while preventing sports injuries, including low back pain and sciatica. When biomechanical vulnerabilities are demonstrated to our team, we immediately adjust our methods and techniques for our athletes to maximize performance and prevent underlying conditions and injuries, such as low back pain and sciatica.

The highly adaptive system with continual dynamic adjustments has helped many athletes recover after sports injuries like low back pain and sciatica while speeding up recovery. Results demonstrate improved agility, speed, and decreased reaction time with tremendously improved postural-torque mechanics. In addition, PUSH-as-Rx ®™ offers specialized sports performance enhancements to athletes no matter the age.
