Carpal TunnelCarpal tunnel is diagnosed as a repetitive stress injury. This is a condition that affects the hands and wrists. The most common symptoms include:
- Weakness in the middle, index, and thumb
- Pain in the wrist/hand
- Gets worse at night
- Office workers – typing, writing, filing, etc.
- Those who perform repetitive hand motions throughout the day
